Class of 1963 - Fortieth Reunion

The price per person for the reunion events of the entire weekend including all meals except lunches (Friday night through Sunday breakfast), tips and taxes, use of the facility, a DJ, programs, use of the JJHS website for a year and miscellaneous expenses is $140.

The cost of a room (either single or double) is $149 per night. The stay is for two nights, but you need only pay for one night now to confirm your room. The balance will be due when you check out on October 26th.

A total of $289 must be submitted now for one person attending the reunion.
A total of $429 must be submitted now for two people attending the reunion.
The addtional $149 will be due upon your departure from the hotel next October.
A cash bar will be provided for the cocktail party and at dinners. Activities requiring a fee will also be extra.

If you have to cancel your plans for any reason we can refund your money until we get close to the reunion date. The Montauk Yacht Club will refund your room reservation up until 10 days before the reunion for a $25 handling fee.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Print the forms and fill them out.
    There are two forms - one for the reunion events and one for the hotel room.

  2. Send both forms to Vicki Eastman Ohlandt. Include a check for the reunion events ($140 per person) and a check for the hotel room ($149 per room). You may combine the amounts in one check or you may use a check for the reunion events and supply your credit card information for the hotel room.

    Make all checks payable to Victoria E. Ohlandt. Vicki will contact the Montauk Yacht Club and reserve your room with the accommodations that you have requested.
